I don't often wear backless, but I usually just go without a bra. I have no problem.
I have used the boob tape. They look like a u shape and they are like sticky tape. They really work !! Only bad part is taking them off..like ripping off a band aid. I used them several times and once was for a wedding in 90 degree heat ..great !!

boob tape as is duct tape? Or is there a specific tape?
