Attorney Costs for Closing

The house checked out EXTREMELY well so we will be proceeding Would anyone mind sharing what they paid for their attorney for closing

Our attorney's cost was $900. (and we knew him)
I think we had to pay the bank attorneys $450-500, but that was part of the closing costs

I'm soooo happy it went well Michelle. I ahve bad news, my inspection didn't go so well and now we are having problems woth the owner, he thinks he doesn't want to sell

I am so pisedd off

In any case, my lawyer is charging us $850.00
