Anyone know which is better for an auto loan...or have pros/cons on either
Going to a bank yourself for the loan
or
Going thru the dealership's credit lender

ITA- the dealers have like promotion type things sometimes. DH bought a new car in May and got a 3.9% APR

go through the dealer. sometimes dealers will give you a hard time with other loans. they would rather you use them
