B-PICS POLL!!!!

So how many of you ladies did B-Pics???

I know my DH would love them but I am sorta shy...please share you experiences...!!! If you did them who did you use and how was your experience? Are they expensive and was it worth it??

I did. I used Angelica Glass. I only regrets are that I didn't lose weight before hand, and that I had a stupid stomach virus that day so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest extent

they were quite expensive, but I think it was worth it.

I didn't do them for 2 reasons. 1. Didn't have the extra money to spend. and 2. Didn't want to spend the oney on something I can't display.I think they are a fun gift to give your DH, but I just didn't have the money. And then what would I do with them after?

yeah, that was kind of my reasoning also for not getting them done. I think they're such a fun idea though, and if I had the extra money I DEFINITELY would have (despite being shy). But just the price wasn't worth it considering that i wouldn't be able to display it anyway. He would look at it, love it, and then it would get packed away. it's not even something you can show your future children someday (like you can with your wedding album and all that).

I did, however, take a few of my own I'm pretty good with doing my own photos (posing and editing and such). I did get some really hott pics and dh loved them. He even set one as his desktop (which the cable guy found, so I made DH vow to never do such things again. haha. but that's another story)
I'm sure it would have been better if done by a professional, but mine came out pretty good in my opinion (even after comparing with other 'real' ones I've seen). And he loved them - which is the entire purpose. Plus I didn't feel guilty for spending too much or shy to have had somebody else checking out my practically nude body. lol. So that's an option too, if you're any good with photos on your own and all that.

I did them with Fedali and gave them to dh the night before the wedding. He really loved them and was so surprised that i did it.
Fedali was great to work with (they are two sisters who do the shoot together). They made me feel so comfortable and I had a lot of fun doing the shoot. It is a little pricey, although i can't remember what i paid! I didn't take the most expensive package because I knew that I would make the album myself. Dh actually asks me from time to time to do it again!

I didn't do them but I voted I definitely have plans to!

I've been really good about going to the gym and would love to get them done this summer.

It all depends on how much they are! We have A LOT of stuff going on this year!

I didnt do them, but definitely would if I lost enough weight. I asked DH about it and he was like, 'why, its just extra $ and I see you all the time' LOL But, I would still do them for MYSELF!!

Everyone who takes them no matter what shape of size they are, says it is well worth the $$ for the the experience.

thanks! No, I took them myself. I have a webcam camera. So I can see what I'm doing on the big computer screen (better to help me position myself) and it sets a timer. So I just moved it where ever I wanted to pose and got some really good shots like that. I was even able to get some creative angles (looking up or down on me) just by positioning my computer correctly. And then when it was done, I chose my favorites, edited them to make 'em look more 'professional like'. And later gave them to DH. I honestly do think that they came out very nice. Not as great as it would have with a real photographer (obviously). But I was satisfied with it & so was he. lol

lol. yeah, it's just a regular webcam, but you can also use it as a camera on your laptop. I love it!! I had so much fun doing it on my own. I was able to do more 'intimate' shots that way lol. Plus come up with my own poses (since i know better than a photographer what turns DH on and what doesn't, ya know?)

lol I posted on your BHB thread...you looked beautiful I am definitely thinking about it! How long was your session?

Thanks! The actual shooting was about an hour. Hair and makeup was another hour. I did a group session with some other girls. It was only $400 and we get an album with 25 prints. Sooo worth it!
