I just can't help but think of Uncle Pork Chop from the Soap All My Children. His name was Trevor and Kelly Ripa's Character always called him Uncle Pork Chop.

I'm partial to and love love love italian names, so my picks are John Anthony, Matteo, and Anthony

I don't love Trevor especially if you have an italian last name, but that's just me.

For me Franceso John or John Anthony are my favorites after my grandfather or my father

You are SO lucky; DH is not italian so I can't really get away with it as much. i always wanted to name my first boy John Salvatore (after both grandfathers) or John Benedetto (to get my dad in there) BUT DH wants me to name him William after his dad who passed away (it's also DH's name though...) not a fan, but I'm hoping to get him to agree to John William.

We have 4 Anthonys, 3 Josephs, a Nicholas or two, a bunch of Benedettos, and a Gianni in our family! My nephew is Gianni Anthony, which I also like - sort of a derivation of Giovanni. The others are Michael Anthony, Joseph Salvatore, and Anthony Benedetto.

Love them all!

My whole family is filled with John's, Anthony's, Salvatore (Sally Boy), Nicholas, Francesco, Carmines, Vincenzos- I LOVE IT!! We also have a Benedetto- Benny Boy! i don't know about your family but we add boy to end of the guys names!
