I have a baby shower at the watermill on Saturday..and yes I am already worrying about what to waer! Can I wear nice skinny jeans, heels with a dressy sweater?
Are jeans not allowed?

I have black jeans that I LOVE just for this reason, because they look dressy...I wore em last week with one of those embellished Ann Taylor Loft shirts and platform heels and it looked so cute!

Def. I've been to many showers, baby and bridal, where people have worn jeans. Skinnies and heels are cute and you can make it dressy!

ok maybe i am the oddball and im no fashion expert but this one seems kinda fancy
i mean if it was in someone's house i would prob wear jeans butisnt the watermill kinda fancy?
i dont know if it was me id prob wear capri's and flats but try to avoid jeans
i think leggins would be ok though

I would only wear them if they are dark denim/black or white. I wouldn't wear regular blue denim.

You can wear them, just make sure you dress them up.
But in all reality if it is at a place not just a house....I would probably wear a dress or black dressy pants. I would feel funny going into the Watermill in jeans. JMO. But I usually overdress for everything

I would say i would go more with a cute casual dress or pants not jeans. I think The Watermill is a lil more fancy & warrants dressier attire. JMO Hope u have fun.
Oh man, I love both of those! I don't know why I never think to go to Ann Taylor Loft! I need to! Plus they have a teacher discount, don't they? Lauren, are the short length super short? I'm 5'3 but my legs are very short but it's so hard finding pants in shorter lengths that don't look ridiculous!

The pants are still a bit long on me...i usually can cuff them once if i wear flats...i love them so much though!

Love love the sweater. The pants are so cute too. I have those without the lil pocket in the front though. The lil pocket actually makes them cuter. lol
