Bachelorette Party Help!

hey ladies, i am trying to plan my MOH's bachelorette party (since i am now her MOH )
living in tucson for the past almost 4 yrs has put me out of touch with NY stuff so i have no idea where to go (plus she has lived in florida for the last 2.5, so she has no idea either) she said she's up for ANYTHING and i know she means ANYTHING. i know she really wants to get a little crazy and being an un-crazy person myself, i really have no clue where to start. i would LOVE some suggestions for places to go in NYC or LI (location isn't really a concern at this point - although we're from medford). Since we're all only in town for the weekend, we'll be having her shower the same day. it's until 5pm, so we won't need dinner - just looking for some fun, crazy places to go party afterwards. please help!!!

I'm one of my bridesmaids' MOH, too. She just got formally engaged this past Saturday. They took me away to Vegas for my bachelorette party, so we're taking her to Cancun for hers. However, we'll do a girls' night out in Atlantic City, as well.

The Borgata has fantastic night life.

What about pole dancing lessons to start? Check out Diva School

I'm one of my bridesmaids' MOH, too. She just got formally engaged this past Saturday. They took me away to Vegas for my bachelorette party, so we're taking her to Cancun for hers. However, we'll do a girls' night out in Atlantic City, as well.

nah, atlantic city is too far away. both myself and the bride-to-be have to fly back home to our respective states mid morning sunday! so we have to stay in NY

We went to Lucky Cheng's in NYC for mine. It was a freaking blast! It's a drag show with dinner and drinks. They embarass the hel! out of the bachelorettes. I was handcuffed, spanked, got a lap dance, and flashed my boobs to the entire place. We had an awesome time!

Someone else mentioned pole dancing lessons. I've never done it, but a friend of mine has. She loved it!

thanks girls!! keep the ideas coming!! i'm going to compile a list and pass it on the other BMs (conveniently, NONE of whom live in NY!!) and see if we can come to a consensus (on both price and place) you guys rock!!!

Thanks for asking this question - I'm also a MOH (of one of my BM) and have no idea what to do for her bachelorette party. I'm thinking 'spa party' then probably head to a bar at night (vise versa - bar at night - spa the next day)

hey joan! i'm actually a BM in ANOTHER wedding and we're doing a spa day for her bachelorette party - if you're looking for a place out on the island, let me know, we've priced a lot of places out already. if you're looking in NYC, can't help you though

The Diva School sounds great for a bachelorette party!
We did this in Vegas and had a blast!

I can't say that I remember any of this or that I'd done my homework, though
