Back in high school, which celebrity crushes graced your walls?
Original post by GettinHutched
My walls were COVERED in posters of all my favorites. How about you?
I was listening to my Monster Ballads CD on the way back to NJ today and it brought back some memories.
First it was Bon Jovi, of course. Richie Sambora was my main sqeeze. I had a door poster of Jon & Richie and I used to slobber Richie's picture with kisses! Skid Row- I loved Sebastian Bach! The guy second from the right. OMG I think this was the exact poster I had!
OMG I LOVED this man for YEARS! Mark Slaughter from Slaughter. Remember 'Up All NIght' and 'Fly to the Angels'? Okay, maybe not.
Remember the Nelson twins? I remember I had a poster of them and my Dad came in my room and said 'Those are two UGLY girls!'
Feel free to post yours! Most of you girls are younger so you're probably since you most likely weren't into the hair bands!

OMG Catherine I thought MY room was covered! So cool!
I'm glad someone finally appreciates all my work!!! I still have to buy posters even though they just get rolled up and shoved in the basement. I just like knowing they are there

I don't think I'll ever be able to tell how much of my love of their music has to do with their videos and album covers they're all so darned cute... I miss michael though.... he was so cute in 'the one thing' video... (I was only 10 at the time )

I love the song Beautiful Girls. I remember when he died it was around Thanksgiving my cousin was crying at the dinner table. He was so upset he had to go to the bathroom to 'get himself together'.

I had the Bon Jovi door poster I was also madly in love with Rob Lowe. Though I can't remember if I had a poster.....What I DID do is collect ads out of magazines and hang them on the walls. I had wallpaper of advertisements. Swatch Watches, Absolut....any ad campaign that had a theme was on my walls. Hmmmmm that gives me an idea for a new thread

And I sincerely thought I was gonna marry Richie Sambora...but gave up on him when he turned 30 because he was 'too old' at that point!

I didn't have any HS celebrity crushes I don't think, but I was totally hot for Joey from NKOTB when I was in elementary school.
No celeb crushes either in HS. I had tons of theatre posters and classic hollywood movie posters on my wall

WINGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG I LOVED them!! I was at the taping of their MTV Unplugged with Slaughter- because I was a member of the Slaughter Fan Club!
I LOVED Reb Beach (second from left)....that man is soooo talented. He was my crush from the band. I remember seeing Rod Morgenstern (their drummer) while I was in college in Boston- he was faculty at Berklee College of Music.

anything New Kids on the Block, Debbie Gibson, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys (I actually met them at my high school in Levittown before they became big and they autographed a bookcover and I still have it framed), any boybands probably and Bon Jovi. Loved Bon Jovi.
