My Mac gave out, won't even turn on. DH and I are going to buy me a new one, an expense we don't need, but I need it for my freelance work. But we can't go this weekend, so its going to be at least a week. I have to wait until he comes back because I can't pay for it with my cards.
DH is positive we can save all my data so as soon as I get a new computer I will post the cookbook on one of the sites I found, even if I have to pay for it, but until then its stuck in a dead computer. (Along with my freelance design work I have busted my butt on for my Ritas boss.)

OH NOOOO soo sorry to hear that!! Electronics can be just as terrible as they are great (when they work).
Doesn't JustCindy have a copy of it? I'm only asking because I thought she printed them out for the Luncheon? Did you email them to her?

So sorry to hear about your computer, I had the same thing happen to my mac right before the wedding. Thankfully my cousin is a computer genius and was able to pull everything off the hard drive and transfer it to my new laptop, I'm sure they'll be able to the same for yours!

thanks, but DH is great with computers too, he is an electrical/computer engineer. He brought it back from the dead twice. I should have had everything really backed up since it almost died on my twice but it was running fine for about 4 months so I had a false sense of security. He said its done this time.

My laptop is kinda 'dead' - it turns on but I get a black sreen & it doesnt sound like it's processing....
