Do you tip each band member and how much? Plus you provide them food right? Please help - I might be able to afford a band but I think the food and tipping adds up to a lot.

We did pay for their food. I think our hall charged us $50 each. As for tipping....in the greek tradition, people throw money on the floor when the couple is dancing and this usually goes to the band...so we did not tip them anything extra, other than the money already on the floor.

We paid for their meal and gave the band leader a tip that would have amounted to $50 for each person. Since the leader is the 'boss', I figured he could dole it out fairly.
