Bank Mortgage vs Mortgage Broker/Lending Co

Does anyone know what the pro's and Con's are to a Bank Mortgage vs a Mortgage Broker?

I've done some research, but nothing says one is better than the other. Does anyone know?

I think it has something to do with the fees--but I could be wrong-- a banker is what we went thru because of a reason I read in a book--but of course cant think of what that is right now so I will stop babbling

I did a little more research and found out there isn't much of a difference, You go with whoever (reputable of course) gives you the best rates.
