Baseball Steroid List

OMG My heart is broken Lenny Dykstra is on the list I don't really care about baseball that much but he was my favorite player ever. My illusions of his greatness have all been shattered.

OMG.... i loved LENNY! oh, NAILS. . . .how i loved #4.

I am also sad that my hottie Todd Hundley is on there too!

Definitely Pettite..........still can't believe it......

I am soooo upset over this. I adore that man. I'm just shocked. Figures he'd get caught up in it since that arsehole Clemens is his best friend.

I dunno though...Pettitte did have some injuries and might have used it to get back to his normal strength. I doubt he was a regular user. I'm not condoning it but I'm gonna wait on condemning him just yet.

Glad Clemens was finally named! But man this is a VERY dark day for baseball....

The sick thing is- MLB let this go on for years and years simply because it was putting fans in the seats. The bigger these guys were, the more home runs they hit....and the more money baseball made.

I'm just glad the players I truly adore and respect haven't been named. I knew they wouldn't. But I'm definitely shocked about Pettitte.

lo duca REALLY upset me. i was sooo bummed to find him on there. it just ***** that this has been going on for so long and everyone just turned a blind eye to it, almost as if saying it was ok! i'm sad for baseball today

I think some of this is a load of baloney. It doesn't prove anything - it's all hearsay. Besides, notice there are NO current Red Sox on the list? Could it POSSIBLY be because the guy who wrote the report is a RED SOX DIRECTOR?

I don't believe Pettitte is guilty for a second. He's so devoted to that organization. It would be like Mariano Rivera being on it. OK, I take that back. If Mo was on the list they'd be scraping my cold carcass off a street corner right now.

What irks me is that this will give people more reasons to hate on the Yankees. Not that all the players named are Yanks but more than 10% are. Where I live there is more than enough hating to go around as it is!

The players who truly are guilty have done a tremendous disservice to the sport. But I wouldn't be so quick to believe everything in this report.

I was SO thinking the same thing. I cannot imagine how Big Papi isn't on that list if this was something legitimate. Considering how he just came out of nowhere being this huge hitter...no doubt he's on the juice.

I was SO thinking the same thing. I cannot imagine how Big Papi isn't on that list if this was something legitimate. Considering how he just came out of nowhere being this huge hitter...no doubt he's on the juice.

BTW did you see they named Chuck Knoblauch??? I guess 'roids mess with your throwing ability at the end of your career sorry that was harsh!

SO crazy!!! DH & i can't get over it!

WNBC had released a list earlier in the day that named Jason Varitek from the Red Sox... I got so excited because at least one member of DH's team was on the list...but it turned out not to be true. (He's been taunting me all day with the amount of Yankees on the list, since that's my team..)

The reason for the majority of Mets and Yankees players on the list is because the 'rats' worked for those clubhouses...this is not to say that it's not happening in Boston and other places, because IT IS!!!!
I'm really shocked about Pettitte too...a nice guy, family man, role model.. it's really a shame...

How did you not know Lenny Dykstra was on the list? He admitted YEARS ago to steroid use.

That was probably in my sheltered years, My parents told he went to live on a farm upstate.

When did it come out? I googled and saw this ARTICLE from 2005.
