Being a woman...Vent..sorry.

***** sometmes, ya know?

I am having one of those days today where I am so overly emotional and uncomfortable in my own skin it is driving me nuts...and in turn, I am most definitely driving DH nuts!

As I said before, I am trying to gain some muscle which means that I have to put some weight on..which is making me crazy. My clothes fit, but they are fitting differently and in my eyes that is a bad thing. I wanted to cry all day...I can't wait until summer for when I can wear comfy dresses and not have to try to get pants on. I know this is only temporary and its necessary to achieve my goal but man this is so hard for me! For so many years I was trying to lose weight and because of that I have developed a fear in gaining..so I know this is a good thing...I just have to keep pushing on. Sorry to vent.

LOL thanks Gail.

And thanks Danielle. I know it's not noticeable but to me it feels like a HUGE difference! So annoying!

I was actually going to ask you if you could be my trainer, after I am done with this 1/2 marathon, there are a few things i would like to work on.

Not that we are going through the samething( im gaining fat while you gain muscle ) but, I know the feeling when your clothes dont fit and you just want to scream and feel like another person. I even went through this when I was skinny.
Just remember you are doing it to give your body some definision not for weight gain. You look great Lauren and just keep remembering that.
Ok now I have to go lose 10lbs
