I have had one helluva day at work. My head is killing me, has been most of the day. Already took advil. Any suggestions on how to make it go away???? Advil is usually the solution for me. I want to make it go away so I can be prepped for the PP!!!!

try Advil Migraine...works wonders on my killer headaches...i also usually drink some Gatorade incase it's caused by dehydration...hope you feel better for later!!!

Decongestant is a new suggestion - I'd try it but don't they make you drowsy? Not sure. If they do, it's a no-go since I have to drive to the PP.
Advil migraine - maybe I'll buy that. If I take a nap, I don't think I'll get up.
PP is at 8pm right?

Excedrin always does the trick for me if I have a bad headache -- start to feel better in like 15 mins.

I usually take a couple of extra strength tylenol when I have a bad headache.

Yesi!! Drink lots of water...you could be dehydrated, I always waste a bag of frozen pees for my headaches lol and then if that doesnt work tylenol!!! Your headache sounds like its being caused by tension!! Relax yourself!!

95% of the time, when DH or I have a massive headache, it's because we didn't drink enough during the day.
drink a liter of water I swear it works almost every time. the only headaches it doesn't clear are sinus headaches.....
