Birthday Party spot in NYC??

Anyone have any suggestions for their go-to spot for a birthday party in NYC?

It's hubby's birthday this weekend and we're looking for somewhere that can accommodate a group and has a loungey feel with dancing (like not a sports bar)... any ideas?!?
