Blackberry help!!!!

Okay so, I got something really important on my blackberry.... a video of something that I needed to show a neighbor doing something he shouldnt have been...

Its GONE. It says I HAVE no videos :(

Anyone know how i can retrieve them?

It says the same about my pictures and then sometimes i can see them grrr

Only thing I could suggest is plugging it into your computer and seeing if you can download it. I don't know if it'll work, but you may be able to search for more files through your computer than on your phone.

I've never taken a video on my blackberry so I'm not sure. But I hope you get it back!

sometimes they're stored in a diff place on your memory card, this happens to me too so I feel your pain.

I still haven't figured it out tho.
