Blame it on the wife!

We have someone doing some work in the house right now and he's anxious to get the job done and get him out. So whenever he wants to light a little fire under the guy's butt or complain about something he always says 'The wife is upset because...' or 'The wife doesn't like...'

I think it's so cute!! Even though, now I have to go home and see this guy and he must look at me and think I'm a royal beotch who has my husband whipped!

DH loves using me as an excuse or 'leverage' as he calls it!

I actually encourage my DH to do it sometimes, because at times, he is to quick to answer or commit to certain things. It is more of a 'well, I'll have to discuss it with my wife....' sort of thing.
