Booking a vacation...
Would you ever book a vacation online without using a travel agent? I have found some great online deals, but dont know how trustworthy they are....What do you think ladies?

Yes, I do it all the time. You have to do your research but as long as you know what you are buying..its a very good way to book travel.

Re: Booking a vacation...
I have several times and have never had a problem. In fact we have booked all of our vacations online except for the HM. I would've booked the HM online too, but we ended up getting a better deal from Liberty Travel. I would just make sure the website you're buying from is reputable.

Re: Booking a vacation...
I'd get a quote from a few travel agents and then shop online. I'm already booked for a vacation in November (through a travel agent) and just for kicks I looked at some online travel sites for prices. What we're paying through a TA: $4685
Price Online: $7446.00
Difference: $2761.00
(Same room/different flight - they didn't offer the cheaper flight option the travel agent found for us)
