Both copies of my video will not play!!!!

They are making the most horrific crunching noises in the DVD player (I even bought a new player because I thought it was the old one).

I AM SOOOOOOO LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, I know exactly how you feel about this. You constantly have to hounding them about it. Contact them right away and make sure you let them be aware of how disappointed you are.
