Boudoir pic question?

ok so this may sound strange... but i always wanted to do a Boudoir shoot for dh but never had the money or the opportunity to take them. Then i had decided that i was going to get them done for him for our 1 year anniversary since the traditional gift is paper.

well fast forward to now.. im pregnant and will be huge and 8 months pregnant when our anniversary rolls around. Would it be stupid to do a shoot while pregnant? (granted if i feel sexy and still want to do it by then) but so far ive been feeling pretty great and hope to stay this way. and thought it would be extra special to do them anyway?

any thoughts?

thanks..and no im 13.5 weeks and nothing... im actually not able to gain weight yet (for the first time in my life) i lost weight so ilooked more pregnant at my wedding then i do now

i love picture shoots of pregnant women! a coworker from an out of state office took some, w/ her husband, of her exposed belly and they were gorgeous pics! since they were with her husband, they were probably more tame than what you might want to do, but if you want to do it i say go for it.

i would love to do a pregnancy shoot, but i 20 lbs more than i want to be right now, and i'm not sure just how confident i'll feel at 7 or 8 months pregnant.

thanks so much girls! who knows how ill feel by then. but i was thinking maybe around 6 or 7 months to do them. at that semi cute stage... and it woul dbe more of a sexy thing.. not so much a pregnancy thing kwim ?

Ah, well you're very petite so I'm sure you're going to carry small. My sister only looked a few months when she was towards the end of both of her pregnancies.

Pregnancy is beautiful ( i don't care how big you get) and I think the pictures are a great idea.

I don't know if I'd run around in a thong though... lol

but seriously, you have a great little figure and i'm sure you'll carry small. maybe do it around the 6 month mark before you get 'big'

I am pretty sure the standard B-pic photographers do do them of pregnant women! I know my regular photographer even does them (there's a nice, not risque one hanging in their studio). It definitely should be something I think you should consider doing, espcially if you're feeling so good! Can't hurt to call around!

I think that would be really cool to do but, dont let your kid ever find them! could you imagine

I have seen it done - with the right photographer I say go for it
