i loved BCC! my only complaint is that scott (our BM) knew how much i really wanted our CH outside mainly b/c we were expecting a somewhat larger crowd than BCC brides usually have there & our day was beautiful - a little cloudy, but ntot your rain clouds, fluffy white ones!!

anyways - our CH was in the lobby which turned out fine in the end, but i was still confused as to why they had it inside when it was nice outside!!

i forget my bridal attendants name, but she was AWESOME!! she was young with redish hair... i want to say her name was alicia??

how did YOU like it?

good. i hated the carpet. i had a hurricane so my ceremony couldn't be outside. im bitter. could you tell. i too was supposed to have an outside ch. didn't have that either.

did you use all the vendors?

well - when we first booked with them they PROMISED that the 'new CH room' would be built by Feb 08... it was supossed to be this huge glass enclosed room that is where the back patio is now... of course IT WASNT built - which i was pretty upset about b/c that was our selling point to the whole place but whatever

yes i used all their vendors... loved all of them

we still haven't done our video lol

i wasn't fond of the photographer.

those were our photographers too! what didnt you lke about them?!

I don't have pictures of me getting ready, I don't have a lot of pictures during the reception and I didn't get any of my must takes
I didn't get a lot of pictures

and my friend told me that a wedding she went to the photog. Was smoking with the BP.. Well this guy walks in and looks at my nephews calalilly and said they could dry it out and smoke it. funny yes. day of. not so much

whatever. I make the best of it.

wow thats not cool!!

i actually just ordered the albums which we are paying quite a penny for ours and the parent albums b/c we had to upgrade on both.

i was very laid back with what kind of pics i wanted... i wished there were a few pics taken that werent, but i didnt go crazy over it... we were happy overall

We were told that the CH room was supposed to be built by November 2007. They didn't actually promise us, though. Do you know if it was ever finished?

The only vendors I kept were the cake, invitations and video. I got my video back July 4th and we loved it! I didn't use the flowers because I would have had to upgrade alot, so I used my local florist and got what I needed for around the same price. I also didn't use the dj because my sister got me a dj as a wedding present. The photographer's package wasn't what I needed, so I went with Thomas Paul instead. I didn't use the limos because we had a large wedding party and we wanted something bigger. The limos they had at the showcase were gorgeous, though. I was really sorry I wasn't using them. How were they on the day?

ETA: I loved BCC by the way!

as of may 08 the CH room was NOT built... the day we went to drop off our $$ we asked them about it & they said they werent going to start construction until the busy wedding season (spring/summer) was over.

we LOVED LOVED the limos!! they were AWESOME!! showed up EARLY & were very accomidating!!

They were gorgeous at the showcase. I was so sorry that we weren't using them. We did love our bus, though. I really wanted to be with everyone the whole time, so we decided to go with a limo bus.

overall, i think BCC is the best place for brides on a budget!! they do the place up beautiful & its the perfect little cosy hall!

the rivera was our 1st choice, but the room was too small - BCC was our 2nd
