DH and I have been trying to get pregnant for the last few months and i am truly disappointed. This might be too much info and im sorry.. but is it possible to be pregnant if we had sex right before period then my period came 2 days later. I guess it isnt my time. I thought i was bummed out he is truly bummed.

If you got your period like normal chances are not pregnant. Some women spot even when they are preggers so Id wait a few days and then do an at hoem exam if yu want to be sure.
Sometimes it takes awhile honey. Don't give up. Also stress will slow the process too; throwyour hormones all off. Just try and relax about it and look at it as not a stressful time but a chance to have sex any chance you get I'll cross my fingers for you guys.

Depends when you ovulate.
Good luck! As someone else posted sometimes it takes a while.

Hang in there!! 2 of my friends tried for more than 6 months and one now has a beautiful baby girl and the other is due to have a boy in a few months!! The one thing they told me is that if you get stressed out about it not happening fast enough, it can actually make it take longer - my one friend who has the said that she and her DH actually said they were giving up for a few months and going back to BD'ing just for fun and that's when it happened! It can also take a little longer if you had been on the pill for a long time. Don't get discouraged

Your going to want to BD half way between one AF and the next. The girls on the TTC board (on LIF)say BDing every other day is the best way. Every woman is different but the norm is to ovulate on day14 (day1 being the first day of your last cycle) Good Luck and much baby dust to you!

I know how you feel; DH & I have been trying for about a year now and nothing. I actually have an appt. on the 17th and I'm going to see if they can start running some tests.

I'm in the same boat.....I've been trying for 7 months...and nothing...my periods have become irregular...and twice so far I thought I was pregnant and than got my period...I've went to my GYN and I've been told basically to stop worrying and just keep doing what I'm doing..(having sex)...for the next 5 months...and if I still don't get pregnant...they will start testing for IVF...

I'm sorry that your getting frustrated. It can take time, but I know that's not much of a comfort when you've been trying for a few months. We're going to start trying next month & I'm nervous. Our daughter was a surprise & DH is convinced that we'll conceive quickly again, but I'm not so sure.
If you haven't already, check out the TTC board on lifamilies. The ladies over there are very helpful & supportive.
