bummer
So I wanted to volunteer to be an online mentor. I paid for my background check and had it all set up, and they cant verify my identity. I just changed my name last week and havn't gotten my new license yet. But I dont understand the problem because they go by social security number and call yuor job to verify and it still wont go through. ive been talking to the people and they said they need to see my phone bill. but its under DH's name. I know they have to be careful cus of crazy people, but I feel like if they just ran a normal background check off my social security number, this would have been done by now...
