Totally just got my bill fixed!! and got the 1 year extension on the promotional rate!!

got nervous for a second tho becuase the first lady i talked to was being a b-itch and i didnt think i was going to be able to get what i wanted, but i said fine then im canceling and ill go to a different provider, and she tranfered me to the cancelation department...i was like oopss i hope they didnt think i meant today this second...lol
but i talked to a nice lady who gave me what i wanted!!

what did you ask for? I considered calling and asking for some kind of credit when ch. 7 was temporarily gone but I never did since it came back the same day.

we have the triple play package, and we were suppose to get the promotional price for 2 years, because i handed in a bill from a previous provider, but they said they never got it, but i was told i was going to get it for the 2 years when i complained last year, but i got my bill this past month and it was $50 more!! so i fought to keep the promotional price for another year!
