Cake anyone?

Just wondering...did you get to enjoy your cake?

We were so busy partying and taking pics...we got only one slice, which I woofed down too fast, and my hubby never got to eat!

Luckily for me, its a local Bakery...Black Forest Bakery in Lindenhurst so I will be getting some more!

Pam

Re: Cake anyone?

My Sweet Darling Husband shoved the cake in my face and it went up my nose. Never got to taste it after that. But in all fairness, I shoved it in his face first!!

As you can see in the pics, We only wore our cake!!

Re: Cake anyone?

We only had a taste ....but we took home the top. The top was so big....bigger than a regular sized cake that the next day we had to cut a piece to freeze for the 1yr anniversary. But then we got to feast on the leftovers....it was soooo good...I can't wait for 5/1/05 to eat the rest!!

Re: Cake anyone?

we had bites at the wedding, but had our coordinator cut two HUGE slices of cake for each of us and had them waiting for us in the hotel when we came in. The best moment was sitting on the floor of our hotel suite at 4 am surrounded by cards and talking about the evening and enjoying the cake! I loved it!

oh, and we froze the top and will be eating it on the one year!

Us too! We took the whole top left over, we froze a piece and ate the rest for breakfast. My dad put it in the seal a meal so it will stay fresh.

Re: Cake anyone?

We had a bite when we feed each other. That was it. We had the top layer taken home for our first anniversary. It still tasted very yummy!

Re: Cake anyone?

The only taste of my cake I got is when we cut the cake. I missed alot of the food that day! And from what everyone said it was delicious!
