1. French Polynesia - Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora

3. Weather was perfect
4. About $8000 plus money for food and excursions.
5. Tahiti Intercontinental, Moorea Sheraton, Bora Bora Pearl
6. Didn't go to the beach in Tahiti because I was only there overnight. The Beach at the Moorea Sheraton was great and I loved all of the coral and the great snorkeling. The beach in Bora Bora was paradise on earth.
7. Food was good - but expensive at the restaurants. We tried the cart food on town and loved it.
8. Highly recommend a trip there, and would definitely go again.

How was the weather?
PERFECT EVERY DAY

A LOT, BUT WORTH IT

Where did you stay?
INTERCONTINENTAL TAHITI, MOOREA PEARL, BORA BORA PEARL

How was the beach?
BEACHES AT BOTH MOOREA AND BORA BORA WERE GREAT, BUT WE MOSTLY HUNG OUT IN THE LAGOON OR ON OUR BUNGALOW DECKS

How was the food?
SURPRISINGLY, REALLY GOOD

Would you go again/recommend?
ABSOLUTELY... IF WE EVER HAVE THE $$ -- HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Beaches are not swimmable in Cabo, but the sand was fine!

Love mexican food

Alaskian Cruise aboard Royal Carribean Visions of the Sea out of Seattle (we spent 2 days in Seattle and then it was a 7 day cruise)

When did you go?
May 2006

How was the weather?
actually beautiful. It was only rainy 1 day in Alaska. In Seattle is was sunny and in Juneau where we went dog sledding it was 80 degrees and I got a sunburn!!

How much $$$$?
total with bar tab & extra $6K

Where did you stay?
aboard Royal Carribean's Visions of the Sea and in Seattle a Homestead Inn

How was the beach?
No beach for us!!

How was the food?
AMAZING. Crappy in Seattle (we are too Irish for the hippie food they had). But on the boat it was 5 STARS!

Would you go again/recommend?
ABSOLUTELY!! Best vacation ever. It was perfection!!

How was the weather?
BEAUTIFUL... a few rain storms in the afternoon-- but over in like 20 minutes!!

How much $$$$?
$5K... including extra excursions and souveneirs and off resort places

Sandals In Montego Bay

How was the beach?
Beautiful, although no private beach at this resort-- we had to use SANDALS MoBay or Royal Carib for beaches

How was the food?
Really really good-- choices included Caribbean,Italian,Japanese, Thai, american-- you name it!
Would you go again/recommend?
Absolutely-- although the smallest resort-- defintely the most quiet and honeymoon-ish... the other 2 were also gorgeous that we had access to-- but they were packed and alot like SPring Break, DH and I really felt like we were on our honeymoon!!

I'll be answering this twice, cause I went on 2 HMs, but the 2nd isn't until March. Here's for the weekend getaway on the wedding weekend.

How was the weather? Sunny, warm in the 70s

How much $$$$? VERY affordable - have tourist $$ for the mansions and any shopping/eating in town

Where did you stay? Holiday Inn Express - King Suite w/Jacuzzi

How was the beach? No beahc, but lots of walking and the cliff walk was unbelievable with the view of the ocean and the mansions.

How was the food? Excellent, fresh seafood, many restaurants to choose from with great, affordable prices.

Would you go again/recommend? Definitely. DH and I are thinking of going back up there for a 1 year anniversary trip to see some of the other mansions we missed.

Would you go again/recommend? We would absolutely go again! We talk about our next trip there all the time.

When did you go? - Early November (spring time there)
How was the weather? - beautiful hot in the dessert and comfortable in the city
How much $$$$? - expensive
Where did you stay? - All different hotels around the country - they were all very nice
How was the beach? - we didn't get there

Would you go again/recommend? - yes it was definately a trip of a lifetime

Where did you go? 7 day Caribbean Cruise to CocoCay, St. Thomas and St. Maarten and 4 days in Disney

How was the weather? On the cruise it was nice, CocoCay and Disney were a little chilly
How much $$$$? $3500 for everything including airfare and excursions
Where did you stay? Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas and Disney's Pop Century Resort
How was the beach? CocoCay was cold, but St. Thomas and St. Maarten were really nice
How was the food? very good
Would you go again/recommend? Since DH got motion sickness I'm not sure we will be going on another cruise any time soon, but the cruise was great. The staff was great and we had a really good time. We love Disney so we will def be going back (maybe not stay at that particular hotel because it was very loud).

10 day Eastern Caribbean Cruise aboard NCL Dawn out of NY. Went to St. Thomas, Tortola, St. Maarten, Puerto Rico & the Bahamas

April 6 - April 16, 2006

How was the weather?
Absolutely gorgeous! Only one day of rain & that was in Puerto Rico. We didn't mind it as we didn't care for Puerto Rico

How much $$$$?
$3485 for a balcony room

Where did you stay?
We were aboard the NCL Dawn ship. We had a balcony room which was more then enough for us. We didn't spend all that much time in the room anyway.

How was the beach?
The beaches were gorgeous. My DH & I loved the beach in St. Maarten, Orient Beach. We want to go back!

How was the food?
The food was alright. We had cruised before but not on NCL. We were disappointed with the variety & the selection but we both managed to gain some weight. After the cruise was over, DH & I both agreed that if there was more variety, we would have been happier. It just seemed that the lunches & dinners got redundant. On other cruises, we were not hungry after dinner but on this, we were.

Would you go again/recommend?
We love cruising & would even do the islands again. I am not sure if we would cruise with NCL again though because of the food issue & also the crew was not as friendly as on other ships we have travelled.

Wonderful! Hot in the sun, comfy in the shade

A lot, but, worth it!

How was the beach?
The water is rough in December so a lot of the beaches weren't swimmable. There were some bays that were calmer where you could walk right in and snorkel. The pools were great though!

How was the food?
The food was amazing, we each gained like 10 lbs! Definitely loved Mama's Fish House in Maui and The Plantation in Kauai.

Would you go again/recommend?
I definitely would go again, I can't wait to go back!

perfect, in three weeks it only rained once for like 15 minutes

incredibly expensive-probably somewhere like 10kish. The in laws gave us a lot of it as our wedding gift.

Mahana in Maui, and I am embarrassed to say I don't remember any of the other names!!

I gained 12 pounds in 3 weeks!!!! YUM though!

We are subletting an apartment for 6 weeks this summer in Kauai (Poipu area). I absolutely fell in love with Hawaii. I want to move there but DH doesn't so this is the compromise.

How was the weather?Amazing!! It wasn't too hot or to cold, it was just right. Night and Day!!
