CALLING ALL PRAYERS!

Ok ladies im asking for some of that prayer magic! Thankfully it is for nothing bad/sad. It is for potentially something great. DH & I have found a beautiful home we really really want. We put an offer & it looks as if they are going to except it. BUT i need your prayers that they do. Cause honestly im not paying a dime more for it. So i need them to take whats out there. If we get this home & after we are done renovating (thankfully DH's dad is a contractor for a living so its free) we will have an apartment in our home in Frank Sq. for rent! 3 bed 2 full bath. but thats down the line. Joe & i refuse to live in renovation & thankfully we own already to be able to have another place while this is happening. SO PLEASE PRAY PRAY PRAY! THANK U!!!
