Can someone please drop my DH a hint

That a romantic evening in without the TV on and a little bit of spontaneous affection is something I would really enjoy!?!

He just doesn't get the hint when I tell him outright!

Glad I'm not the only one!

Just saw the pic of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes kissing on Off Topic and although I think theyre a squicky couple, my heart did melt. I love the hand on the neck thing...so romantic

I need some more of that action!

Show my example You need to demonstrate and when he gets that stupid smile on his face and asks 'what is this all about?' you can tell him it is his lesson in how you want to be treated.

Don't just tell him, show him!

Uh, not to be crude but... at this point I'll settle for a quickie and a peck on the cheek and I don't even care if the TV stays on and he's watching sports during the whole thing!

But I can certainly empathize with you all... and if I see any of your DHs I'll be sure to drop the hint!!

I felt bad last night cause I was the one to turn him down. Why do they have no problem saying no, but we feel guilty???

You're preaching to the choir, girlfriend!

this has been the root of all our arguments lately... he says he doesnt pick up on those things, and that i need to tell him. So now i tell him 'how about you turn off the TV and we have some quality time'.... his response:

'why do i have to turn the TV off... thats what commercial breaks are for '
(and to him, this is LOGICAL?!?!?!?!)
