Can we please vent about our pets? (added some pics)
my puppy is seriously being a terror lately. he has suckered us in by being an angel the first 6 months of his life and now the past 3 months he is a brat!!
what has your dog done? post pictures if you have! i could use a laugh about this
here is my list of naughty things my brat has eaten...
-2 cable remotes and 1 DVD player remote - the bottom of my dining room chair - a sponge - all of my cats toys - all of his toys (they reappear the next day in his poop) - he dug 3 nice holes in the yard (did i mention he is pure white?) - ate a piece of wood that we have under our water cooler to keep it stable - his newest...he ate the placemat under his bowl last night - eats berries and now flowers that are on the grass outside -just remembered that he also ate a throw pillow
seriously i love having him, he is super adorable but he's been eating everything!!!
here is a pic of the remote that he ate and also a pic of him a few minutes after a bath. i gave him a bath and then DH let him outside and he came in looking like this. he started digging AGAIN!

Sorry, no puppies here (yet, lol). But our dragons and iguanas act like them. Except they don't chew on stuff, they just climb and hide in really inconvenient spots.
One of the dragons and the iguana both crawled under the stove and got stuck in the wall behind the stove.
The iguana likes to climb up my curtains and sit on the top of the curtain rod.
One of the dragons tried to crawl underneath our deck outside,..........thank GOD I stopped her in time.

Ugh-my dog barks whenever the phone or doorbell rings to the point that I can’t hear who’s on the phone because she’s so loud. And if DH and I are in different rooms and I say his name loudly, she barks. It drives us bananas.

Re: Can we please vent about our pets?
We have three cats; one is mine and two are DH's. They've only just started living together (well, as of a month ago, when we moved in together)...they're getting along okay, but my cat is trying to be the boss of the house and smacks around the other two a bit...especially DH's male cat.
In the middle of the night, for the past few nights, the three of them have an all-out BRAWL...howling and hissing and screeching...in our bedroom. If we separate them, they cry and howl on their own.
I had a dream last night that it was September and DH and I finally went on our honeymoon and we were out in Cali and realized that we hadn't found someone to feed the cats...and we clinked our glasses and said 'SERVES THEM RIGHT! CHEERS!' LMAO

LOL, not really. They all have tanks/cages that they stay in, but we let them run around sometimes when we're home. We've gotten into the habit however of only letting the iguana run around the spare bedroom because then he can't get into any cracks and crevices, lol.
And it's true, sometimes they are so quiet that I turn around and they've disappeared. When the dragon ended up behind the wall, I only knew because I heard her scratching while I was in the bathroom, lol.
The two dragons go outside sometimes, on leashes (I know, go ahead and laugh, lol). I have one for the iguana too, but he's still way to anxious to go out. If he finds a tree to climb, I'd be screwed, lol.

my 5 year old pug joey likes to lick things too. Whats up with that kelley? He will sit and let DH lick his legs for 20 minutes until i finally get sick of the noise and yell at them. he'll find a random spot on the carpet and lick it all day.
he also barks like heIl when he hears someone at the apartment door. we kinda felt bad that the neighbors would get annoyed until i found out that half the neighbors talk to him through the door. 1 couple always barks back to him and the little toddler across the hall always stands at the door waiting to be let in so she can see him!

i was reading that its a common thing for pugs to lick everything. it just amazes me that she never gets tired...she only stops when i finally yell at her to stop!

Re: Can we please vent about our pets?
Duncan just got neutered last week so he's been running around with his giant cone head and knocking in to EVERYTHING! On the plus side, he's stopped biting as much.
Recent casualties: two rolls of TP, my beach bag, the back cover of a book, my favorite shoes, the throw pillows on the couch, DH's hat and my Black Berry. Luckily we've caught him before he's managed to completely destroy too much.
He's Houdini though - he manages to completely get over/through any gates we put up when we're not home.

Re: Can we please vent about our pets?
well we have two cats (one of whom I SWEAR is a dog) they - scratch and meow every single morning on the bedroom door until we feed them - drives us batty!
my one cat begs for food and eats food if it is left out - he especially loves every form of carbohydrates. Once I had a coffee cake I had made, cut in pieces and wrapped in plastic. He unwrapped it, took a piece out of the platter, and ate it - also ate a piece of pizza I had in a box on the table after I feel asleep - leaving me to believe I had started developing night eating problems until I found it later!!!
and there's more but I'll leave it there! they are both so cute and cuddly though but NEVER want to be alone - I'm always like 'you're a cat!! aren't you supposed to get tired of me!!!'

um clover peed in my shoes two days ago, but it turns out she has a UTI so i can't be mad at her. for those of u that don't know, clover is my beloved 16 year old kitten.
here's what clover has eaten in the past few months: taco bell chinese food corn on the cob carrots fat free feta cheese mint chocolate chip ice cream (no chips) pizza one chickpea hot dog
she never used to eat table food, now we can't eat in peace!
helmut just eats birds. bear eats people.

My dog is pretty good but he has had a few mishaps: -Multiple pairs of DH's socks -A few pairs of DHs underwear -A very expensive sweater that he stole from the dry cleaning bag Dh's again... -A throw rug in the kitchen -The most recent...he ate through his leash while DH and I were talking to our neighbor

Re: Can we please vent about our pets?
not a dog vent but a cat vent...i can not go anywhere without finding at least one cat hair on me no matter if the outfit came no where near them....and once Mr. Noodles threw up on a brand new down comforter.. it cost me so much money to have it cleaned!!!
