Can you re-frost chicken?

just cook it quickly..... dump the chicken in boiling water if you have no time, and then make chicken salad out of it tomorrow..... this is what I do with raw chicken I don't have time to cook

re-freezing meat makes it taste like the freezer....

No. You can't refrost any meats unless you cook them, then freeze. Once raw meat is thawed, it must be used or thrown out.
