I was wondering if anyone here has used them and if so how long did it take to get your video back. I used them and feel as though I'm getting the run around from them everytime I call. Thanks

I sent my tape in November of 2002 and they said I would of have it by February of 2003 but I didnt get it until April 2003 but they did throw in a free DVD to compensate and I thought that was very nice.

I used them to, for my August 29 wedding. Supposedly, I can pick up my DVD tomorrow, but I just got a message that the labels aren't in. Huh?? What labels??
Every time I call he tells me again about his problems, again and again. Um, I am sorry but I can't really listen to them AGAIN.
