Can/Do Any of You Go Through the Day Without...

some sort of caffeinated drink?

I just found myself walking to the deli to get an iced coffee because my eyes are closing at my desk.

ive done it before. ive gone through caffeine-free periods. need to stay hydrated and eat balanced meals. fruit helps

but lately? no. just got a cup of coffee now!

i have, however, tried to limit my coffee intake till after i have lunch.....

it used to be 3-5 cups a day, easy!

Definitely. The entire 3 months before my wedding! I don't usually drink coffee anyway though.

i dont drink coffee/soda.. at the nw lunch i had soda but i mixed it with water

i drink one cup of coffee per day ... and only on work-days.

i could definitely go without it if i had to ... but i don't have to just yet

I dont drink caffeine... All day long, I drink decaf iced tea or water with lemon...

(then of course, all night I'm sipping on my wine!)

If I do have something with caffeine - it really doesn't do anything for me - so I figured, why drink it?

Agreed!! I get slight headaches if I don't have caffeine all day.

it took me a LOOONG time to get off of caffeine so i didnt have to deal with withdrawal symptoms. i used to be a barista for 2 years.

i only drink 1 cup of tea in the morning. it has just enough caffeine to give me a slight boost. The good thing is that if i dont have it, i dont get a headache.

I don't drink caffeine, no coffee, soda rarely. I drink decaf hot tea in the morning

I'm a water girl. I've never had a cup of Coffee! I don't do tea and I barely drink soda. I'll do hot chocolate only if i'm freezing at work. We have Dove Hot chocolate so it's an excuse to warm up.

No way! I could never go without my coffee.

I used to drink about 5-6 cups a day. Somedays even more (college) I've cut down alot. I usually only drink 1-2 cups. I try not to drink more than a cup a day though. I LOVE coffee- everything about it, even the taste. It makes me happY!
