u said you had the appt with the attorney on wednesday? has he (DH) said anything to you about the incident or anything since?

Thats a hard situation. I hope all works out for the best. Take care of yuou and Ella; thats the most important thing. You should n ot be treated like this; you do not deserve to be walked all over.

thats' important.. children are so receptive... The other day DH & I were arguing and although we weren't doing it in FRONT of my son, he could sense I was upset and asked what was the matter...
