Celebrity Apprentice

I never watched the show until tonight......I didn't even realize Carol Alt was on it, but her team won tonight and Trump donated to her charity, which is in honor of her brother, I was sitting here tearing up watching it.......I used to work with her brother Tony Alt for the same financial company I work for now, he had a heart attack at work and passed away in the nurses station of my building 2 1/2 years ago, he was only 50 when he died......so sad, Carol Alt showed such raw emotion, it made it seem like it was only yesterday when it happened. Watching the show made me feel for her & his family- his son was only 13 when he passed away. don't mean to be a downer, but watching that made me think about how precious life is. may you all be healthy & happy for many many years to come!!

yea it seemed so sudden, but we found out from his family that no man in their family has lived past their 50's! he was the nicest man ever! He was actually pretty fit, but he definitely loved food! (who doesn't? lol). I was offered a promotion 2 weeks before he passed to replace his admin, and I turned it down! somehow that made me feel worse, like, did I further his stress level by him having to find someone else to fill the position? so very silly of me to think that way, I know god takes you when its your time.......it just still seemed too early for him.

I dont watch the show b/c I dont like Trump but he did a good thing for her
