I saw 'Mrs' on some mail I got recently and it kind of freaked me out at first. I felt so matronly

Since DH has sisters, other than his mother, I'm the only Mrs. R...

When people call me Mrs. R, I have to look over my shoulder because I think they're talking to my MIL... almost 9 months later and still not used to it!!!

It definitely takes getting used to. Every time I go to the Target Photo center in Farmingdale, the man at the counter calls me 'Maam'.....hello, do I look like a Maam.........I want to jump over the counter and XXXXXXXX.

Mrs doesn't make me feel older as I have been called that for years before I got married just because of my daughter. Usually from Drs offices or her schools etc.

It's when my daughters friends or anyone else for that matter call me Ma'am that I feel old.
