We actually started dating after HS, split up because of lack of communication on both our parts. I ended up in a fourteen year 'relationship' which ended in divorce. Ran into DH (ok, I admit it was on purpose-stalked him the first time & did it again this time around) and it was as if there had been no time lost between us. Married a year & a half later. And the first rule of our 'new' relationship, say what's on your mind!!
