Re: Cheesecake Factory Suggestions?
They have pretty good chicken dishes that my darling husband has tried. I also think they have nice sized salads.

Re: Cheesecake Factory Suggestions?
I LIVED at the Cheesecake Factory. Literally. I used to go there 2-3 times a week (so sad, I know). Now we get tack out once a week
If you are looking for healthy
California Salad - Romaine, grilled chicken, beets, egg, tomatoes, blue cheese and some other stuff... The Pear & Endive Salad is good. the Lettuce Wraps (listed as an appetizer) are great BBQ Chicken ranch salad is awesome but I don't think it's considered 'healthy'. It has corn, black beans,. chicken, BBQ sauce, avocado and... onion rings
Oh, and make sure you ask for lunch sized salads - they are a little smaller.
Personally, I love the shrimp & bacon club. NOT healthy but so good.
Hmmmmmmmmmm. might need to go there for lunch today

Re: Cheesecake Factory Suggestions?
Healthy options - have no idea, lol. What I've done the past few times I went is to get the Roadside Sliders with fries (it's an appetizer, but I just have it as my meal!). Brings 4 mini cheeseburgers and I can usually eat at MOST 3 of them. That way I feel like I'm not completely overeating cuz they seem to give a lot of food with their entrees!
I also really like the chicken and bisquits - it's chicken breasts with mashed potatos and bisquits. SOOOO good, but kinda a heavy meal. I have NO idea what's good on the 'healthy' side there - we only go there to splurge on unhealthy food, lol.
