Chocolate Rose as place cards

I remember seeing a picture of a table of chocolate roses with people's names and table # on a leaf.

Does someone know where it is or who did that for their wedding?
can you please help find a picture of that?!?!?

I have been looking for it 2 hrs!

Thanks!!!!!
