training on post. And since I'm still jobless, I feel like such a bum sitting around doing nothing! I wish I was still in NY so I could invite you all over for a Grey's and wine night on Thursday to keep me company! Anyone wanna fly to Georgia to watch tv with me?

We to Pittsburgh in August so DH could do his clinical psych internship. I;ve been looking for a job since, and he works 7Am till after 8PM most days of the week.
I still know hardly anyone here, but I;ve gotten used to it. I have the cleanest apartment ever!

haha....omg thats ALL i've been doing is cleaning the apartment and cooking! It gets to a point where theres only so much cleaning that can be done
How is the job search going lately? I know how rough it is...I've been searching for a job since 2 months before we even moved here.

I can totally relate to this too. Last year we moved to St. Louis for Chuck's job. I found a substitute teaching position but since it wasn't full time I still had A LOT of time on my hands. Lots of cooking and cleaning (and watching TV). Then we moved to China- we have a maid who comes 3 times a week, I can't find too much normal food to cook, and we have 4 English language channels (HBO Asia, CNN, ESPN, and CNBC)... so I was REALLY BORED until I found a job, especially when Chuck was away on business.
You do get used to it and it will get better- I promise.

it must be hard b/c you miss your DH *and* your LIW girls!
just hang in there-- and i'm sure you will have luck finding a job soon and then you don't have to feel like you are sitting around anymore-- i have had that feeling before and it's NOT fun!
