I need a new tote bag that I can use for work to be used for bringing my laptop from home to work and other work documents as well as all my personal things for the week such as wallet, phone, etc. I would really like lots of compartments so I can keep it real organized. My laptop is decently small (8 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches) so the bag wouldn't have to be huge. Since I'm using it everyday and it'll be a present from my parents I kind of want a designer bag but not something flashy just a basic black one. i checked coach but didn't find anything that jutted out at me. Where else should I look, what other brands? $400 would be the max for cost and that may even be a little high.

Too bad you live so freaking far......the Coach outlet in Riverhead has some great bags at even better prices. I got a silver signature work bag there that I love and it was on clearance. You should've gone on Saturday before the party

Yup! I JUST bought a Coach bag for work that can fit a laptop at the outlets. Try Kenneth Cole.

I have an awesome bag that I use everyday for my train travel. Its from coach outlet and is actually a DIAPER BAG! Funny or what? You would never be able to tell! Its black and sturdy and I love it!
It was orig. $500ish and I got it for $150ish. I LOVE the coach outlet!

I just bought one too and when I was talking to the woman at coach she told me that its actually considered a multi functional bag although it has a changing pad inside. She told me that some customers have told her that they wrap their laptops in the changing pad to protect them.
