i am thinking of taking DH here tonite for his bday... has anyone ever been there? i am thinking of going to the carle place one. is it good? fun? worth going to? THANKS!!

i have to be honest---if its the same ppl who run ciao baby in commack & massapequa...well i wasn't as impressed with it as i thought i would. its VERY loud and VERY crowded on the weekends....they try and max out the # of ppl and when i went to the one in commack i was hitting elbows with the ppl at the table next to me.
the food was okay--but it took FOREVER to come out and when it did my DH's food was cold. the portions are unreal -- almost obsene. lol
like i said--i know of 2 ciao babys in commack & massapequa (my sister went to the one in massapequa and didnt like it much either) -- so i'm not sure if the one in carle place is the same owners or not.

I have been to the one in Commack and it was delicious. Maybe because it was during the week and not during the weekend, but my experience was good.

im not crazy about it. the food was just ok. i actually got sick afterwards. imo. i am going to don juan in massapequa tonight around 7 with cousins, maybe u wanna go there?? haha.

I go to the one in Massapequa and the food was very good. I dont know about the one in Carle Place tho sorry
