You mentioned getting some bad news in another thread... is everything okay??

How sweet are you guys! I'm okay, we heard some bad news about one of Rob's close friends.

You guys would feel this unfortunate tragedy ... my husband friend's wife was carrying twins, she was 6 months pregnant, and she lost them! She went into labor and had to deliver last weekend, but the babies (two girls) were to premature and died, one within 3 hours, the other, 12 hours. She had them both baptized and Rob and I are driving to Rochester tonight for the service tomorrow! We were all so distraught ... she was just over for a BBQ and another wedding the weekend before. I can't believe that things like this happen (especially to good people ... we can ask why?, but we'll never know)!

I'm so sorry for the loss.

Life can be so frail. I just found out from a friend that he and his wife lost the baby she was carrying. She was about 6 months along. His wife also had to go through delivery .. they had even given her the option of a c-section knowing the baby boy had zero chance to survive. It was a horrible story.

Cira, I sympathize with you and your friends. You're right, it's so hard to believe things like this happen, and to good people. I had another friend of mine who had 2 miscarriages before she delivered a healthy, happy, beautiful baby girl this summer.

That is so sad! My sympathy to your friends.
