that is DISGUSTING! i mean i keep a nail file in my drawer b/c us ladies are constantly breaking our nails when we do filing or open something and bang a nail, but i think that is completely normal. but that guy is just gross!!!!

Filing your nails is TOTALLYYYYYYYYYYYYY different then clipping them. Yuck having to duck so that you wont get hit with anything that flies by. Has anyone told him anything?

It is never ok to do in public ever!!! It makes me crazy!!!! I use to commute on the train and this guy use to do it on the train...I would shoot daggers from my eyes at him!

I thought only the guy in my office did that!!!!!! Its so disgusting. i hate even going to the nail salon cause i hate hearing that sound - its just unimaginable what people think is ok to do at work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I see this on the train almost every day. In the summer, it's worse bc then people clip their toe nails too.

1 day on the train, this chick was clipping her nails and the piece of 1 nail flew into this guy's coffee cup. He picked it up to take a sip and I told him what happened. (He hadn't taken a sip yet.) He freaked out on the woman obviously but she didn't think she did anything wrong.
