CO-OP in West Babylon for SALE!!!
I know there are a lot of women on the boards who are looking to purchase a home, and I wanted to share this opportunity with you all, in case anyone is interested.
Co-Op is in West Babylon, with easy access to Rt. 109. This beautiful, family-oriented complex is currently being converted to a gated community.
It is a corner unit (read=you share less walls with neighbors and therefore have more privacy), on the ground level, with one bedroom, an EIK and a dining area/LR combo. Very clean and well kept.
Edited to add - TONS of closet space!!!
Serious inquiries only!! Co-Op board requires proof of your income. Please forum mail me for more details.
