Comment from my DH

'babe, I take back everything I ever said about you not being able to cook'

he said this as he ate the sausage & peppers I made for dinner last night..

I never, ever used to cook.. Once in awhile at my dad's, but nothing major.. Since he's a man, he assumed I just couldn't cook...

So there!!

Carry on

woo hoo!

NIIIIIIIIICE!

aw, good job!!

Here ya go.. it was sooo easy.

In a big sauce pot- sautee onions, peppers (green, orange, yellow) in EVOO (eyeball it), basil, oregano, freshly ground pepper & sea salt, and a shot or 2, or 3 :) of hot sauce..Cook till somewhat soft.. NOT fully cooked

brown sausage on the grill

cook sausage & peppers together until sausage is cooked thoroughly & peppers soft (to your liking)

voila!

yay, so yummy!
