commuting has been stressful...

starting early last week my commute to work in the AM has been stressful. 3 times last week my bus just passed by me without even slowing down. So I then have to wait another 20 minutes for the next bus and am then missing my train and late for work (not good during a week of LO's). And today the bus did it again, but I ran to it and it saw me and stopped. But then when we were getting near the train station this lady stood up and was on her phone and the bus was still moving and she wasn't holding on fell into me and like pushed into my shoulder and now it is kinda hurting me. Im just very annoyed!!!

Sorry Gina .... Why is the bus just driving past you? What the hell is wrong with that driver? Did you say anything? Like, you know you didn't stop at this stop 3x this week ... ???

OMG - can you jump up and down and wave at the bus? Also maybe the bus was full and that is why it passed? Where do you take it from?

I take the bus too but my buses come every 3-5 minutes during rush hour...thank god. But yes sometimes they are full and go right past or sometimes I will see 3 coming and I have to run or I fear there wont be another one for 10 minutes. Overall I like taking the bus. Its cheap and was able to sell my car last year because I never use it anymore. Well I do still wish I had my car sometimes but overall I like not having a car payment!

today was a different guy than last week. last week I said somethign to the driver that actually stopped- it wasn't just me waiting there either. We asked him to tell the other driver that he needs to stop. i think they have new drivers and are not showing them the stops on the route. I take it in Long Beach.

Oh man that is obnoxious! I guess it is different over here because these are NYC buses but sometimes I do notice buses passing us and they arent fill to capacity and I think the drivers are lazy to stop alot. Its annoying!

I used to take the NYC bus. Those are def more crowded but are much more frequent! This is more of a shuttle bus.
