Complaining Again!

Ok, so my video that was supposed to be done 100 times already still isnt! The highlight is that I find out yesterday that there was a problem with the baby pics and I need to bring them in again. I believe I handed in the disk with the baby pics on it close to 8 months ago! So I was told to drop by tonight after 9 and drop them off. DH and I were there at 9:30 and NOBODY WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond frustrated. At this rate, I hope to have my video before I have a baby!

that is ridiculous.
of course you've already given them the full payment, so it's not like you have anything to hold over them
i would send a long nasty letter to the president of the company once you finally get your video...which hopefully will be before your firstborn

I actually still owe the guy half the money (900 bucks!) You would think he would want to be paid sooner!

I would tell him that if the job is not done by x date then you are going to start deducting money from what you owe him.

I would send them a certified letter explaining the issues and the date you want the video and whatever action you plan to take if you do not get the video by that date.
