I know this is a stupid question- but who coordinates the walk down the aisle? Is it the maitre D, the officiant, or the band leader? Who gets everyone into place and heads the show? My rabbi doesn't perform a rehearsal but he said we will have gone over it.... But what about the music or the walking down to the music? How does everyone know when to walk?
I'm a little confused....

we got married at church, but I would assume your maitre'd would coordinate.

Marisa,
I'm assuming your ceremony is at the club. Call the director of catering (or your contact person) to discuss the rehearsal. I know at the Hamlet that's who organized it for the couple.

We didn't have a rehersal either, our officiant went over it with us at the meeting to finalize the ceremony and again the day of the wedding.
