Does anyone have a recipe for portobello mushroom caps that doesnt need a grill? I dont have a grill so i'm wondering if there's another way to cook them. TIA
thanks a million! I was going crazy looking. I very recently became vegetarian so i'm on the lookout for veg dishes.

Congrats . I found Vegetarian Times mag to be a wonderful resource even after 10 plus years of not eating steak, chicken, pork, or cold cuts. Veggie Times Look at the upper left hand corner they offers two free issues & bonus gift

You can saute them with just some olive oil and a little salt and pepper. Maybe slice them to make them cook faster.
