well my neice is getting christening in less then a month in NC. I just visited her this weekend shes so amazing! anyway.. i was asked to be her god mommy!
so i need to get an outfit! Since i lost 15 lbs since the wedding i wanted to show off my shape! I ordered a really nice black high wasted pencil skirt it looks great..just cant seem to find a top to go with it. I ordered these 2 tops...
although both tops look really cute with jeans they look terrible with the skirt.
heres the skirt...
i just found these 2 tops... which one do you like.. the turtle neck or the lace top.. and the in what color.. i think white will look nice but the baby is obviously wearing white!
Lace top (come in white, black, purple, sage green, red)
Turtleneck (comes in cranberry, hot pink, orange, yellow, teal, red,white, light pink, peach, gray, black)

usually a pintuck blouse tucked in looks best with high waist items from what I have seen. BUT i would pick the lace that is me and try it out. You may seem to stuffy with the turtleneck.

The lace top is hot! I would wear that one in white With the all black pumps. The cut of the lace top is so flattering and feminine. I love the look of high waisted skirts too btw you can not go wrong!

i originally ordered a ligh pink silk pintuck blouse and did just what you said tucked it in.. but it just wasnt laying right and looks awkward.
